Return Policy:
  • Preservation of the original appearance and packaging of the goods (the use of tape is strictly prohibited, it should not contain any inscriptions or be damaged, etc.);
  • Full functionality of the spare part;
  • The spare part has not been installed on the car (for new products);
  • Availability of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchasing the specified product.
  • The 14-day period from the date of purchase has not been exceeded (the date of purchase is considered to be the date when the customer is notified that the goods can be picked up at our store or the date of shipment of the goods by the carrier, indicated in the waybill).
Return conditions for new goods:
  • Factory labels and protective films on the product are preserved;
  • The appearance of the product and its components is preserved;
  • There are no mechanical damages, scratches, scuffs, or signs of use.
The appearance and completeness of the product, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the recipient at the time of receipt of the product. When receiving the product, you sign that the completeness is complete, there are no claims to the quantity and appearance of the product, and you have familiarized yourself with the return conditions. After receiving the order, claims for external defects of the product, its quantity, completeness, and appearance are not accepted.
